Since all four weapons; The LightRifle, Covenant Carbine, D.M.R. and the BattleRifle. are all Headshot based weapons, Why aren’t all four in the loudout rotation?
Is it because the LightRifle, and the Carbine are unbalanced or something?

Not sure, but I feel the Carbine would be incredible in SWAT with it’s high rate of fire and superior accuracy to that of the BR. The DMR would still own the long range shots.
I don’t really see an issue adding those guns. Some variety would spice things up a bit! If anything they would be a disadvantage
The carbine shoots too quickly and the light rifle is too slow.

Yeah… just like the plasma pistol and double plasma grenade combo against any vehicle works better than a shot from a rocket launcher. YEAH… spicing things up is ‘‘awesome’’.
What would be the point?
SWAT doesn’t take place in large maps, the Light Rifle would be a downgrade because of its slow firing speed.
Even if it did, the DMR would still be superior because it fires faster even though they both kill in a single hit.
The Carbine fires super fast and has decent accuracy, it would be overpowered.
Maybe because the Lightrifle’s shots can bounce off walls?
The carbine would be OP in SWAT.

You’re comparing guns to grenades? How would using the carbine which is, yes faster but harder to aim and the LR, which is crap without scoping, give you an advantage? One shot is one shot, even if those guns were available I would still be use the pistol.!
