Swat just doesn't feel the same

I am a huge SWAT fan. Needless to say when I found out Halo 5 had SWAT I knew what I’d probably be playing the most of. My first game, I got a killtrocity, and ever since my first game I’ve not done well at all, and I’m normally use to getting half the kills for a win. Something just bugs me about this SWAT gamestyle. First, I love a DMR and I don’t have one. Why wasn’t the DMR added? Which leads to my ultimate question, why is it that when we are playing a regular SWAT game, players aren’t allowed to choose whether they want the DMR or the BR? That was probably one of the best things I had seen; the ability to choose your preferred weapon. Second, the maps. There aren’t very many maps I like in this game and that may be a personal opinion but they’re all too layered. Normally when I play Swat, there is one high ground and people fight for it to camp, but it isn’t impossible to take back either. Most of these maps have multiple levels with numerous places to camp at which is what a lot of halo players are currently doing. I can’t even even enjoy the multiplayer without walking out and being shot from a little hole in the wall, then proceed to spawn in front of said hole to die 5 more times before I’m spawned away from
the enemy team. Which brings me to my third problem. The spawns on this game are insane. I literally spawned in front of the same guy 5 times the other day and was killed immediately before I spawned else where away from him. Lastly, I’d like to see a return in map/game type choice. Unless I’ve been missing it, I prefer the ability to pick the map and type of game you want versus being thrown into one. If I have to play swatnums 10 times in a row before I can finally use a rifle, that’s just ridiculous.

you also don’t get that same feeling with kills either imo

NO DMR that is it NO DMR!!! PUT THE DMR BACK IN!!!

I agree. Also there is an issue with aiming in this game. S.W.A.T doesn’t feel like what it used to. Even Halo 4 swat was way better than this game :expressionless:
