I love SWAT, but I’m a little sad that there’s only SWAT and SWATnums. Why is there no SWAT game-type where the weapons are DMRs. Hell, you can add DMRs to the normal SWAT, like they did in Halo 4.

Yes, bring back the DMRs! I am tired of SWATnums and worse, BR SWAT.
It’s ridiculous to see that DMRs aren’t even present in SWAT when we can obviously see in the lobby background, a blue Spartan holding the DMR.

DMRs aren’t in regular swat because it was buffed in range. Perhaps an only DMR swat? Or just add it to regular swat there’s caviots to each weapon. DMR has better range but slower rate of fire compared to the BR which has a burst fire that helps for strafing and better rate of fire and better at close-mid-and King range.
I only like BRs in my SWAT.
I still want Carbine and Light Rifle SWAT.

Pretty sure it has the exact fire rate of the Magnum - which is still faster by a small fraction then the BR. So in short, Magnum on steroids 
And they could’ve easily added a DMR only SWAT in the playlists as well. We’ve got a BR only SWAT and a Magnum only SWAT (SWATnums).

it’s possible to do just that
They should allow all weapons types. Balance them for SWAT if need be. They should incorporate the req style menu from warzone or like in Halo Reach/4. Where you pick your class. Except in this case you make choose your weapon of choice (Carbine, BR, DMR, Pistol, Light Rifle).
