Swap from console to pc

I dont use my xbox its sitting in the corner and its the 1st edition. Is possible to swap out the console version for the pc version?

Similarly, I recently got my hands on an xbox series x and I’m wondering if I can swap my xbox one s flight for an xbox series x flight.
