Anybody else out there swap the Digital Code in the LCE for a Physical Disc? I still don’t have my disc and my order got placed 20th but didn’t get processed till the 23rd. Supposedly it’s supposed to get form Tennessee to Denver by tomorrow and delivered but Fedex always keeps items an extra day before they get delivered. I’m really pissed and MS Support was no help with this. Why couldn’t you just include the disc. Or have us Swap the code at the store we ordered from or at a MS store. This is ridiculous. You pay $250 for a collectors item and don’t even get a physical disc. At that price they should have given you the disc and a digital code. This is such a fail that you can’t even get a game for launch night.
343 and MS knew that there was demand for Physical Copies with the LCE. I was going to cancel the order but they announced that you could swap for a disc. They should have been ready to take the Swap Order and, process and ship the next day. Not 3 days after you place the order. I can’t express how disappointed I am right now. I should be playing 4 hrs from now not wondering where my game is.
Well I mean, maybe you should have cancelled your order then. If they knew there was a demand, certainly you did as well. They realized it and are trying to remedy the situation but it’s a process.

Actually this is what happened. MS told FedEx to not ship till the Weekday. So it didn’t even get shipped till Monday from TN. Got to me late in the day on Tuesday. Says on the shipping info not to only ship on the weekday. If they had just let it be I would have had it on Saturday or Monday. Should have said Arrive on Monday so we could enjoy the launch with everyone. They should have just gave us the option of Disc or Digital when we pre-ordered and let the store handle it.
My buddy bought his LCE on Wedmesday. BestBuy got it to him Thursday and he gave his code in. His game cam in today. That would be next day. There was no issue if they shipped it to us Monday. Half the world was playing already. Should have been a little bonus to let LCE people on Monday.
