The subject is self explanatory, but since the addition of survivor, it is impossible really to get any points for killing a vehicle. I don’t know if this affect commendations, but ill be checking.
I LOVE survivor, as a major driver. I mean, my first specilization was operator, just for its ability. However, I don’t think its very fair. The badges, and commendations both say “destroy enemy occupied vehicle” not “kill the driver of a vehicle.”
I think that you should get the points for destroying the vehicle regardless as to whether or not they have survivor. When I destroy a mantis, and don’t get any points for it, its just so, very disappointing.
Please 343, if you are, in all unlikelyhood, reading this, please change it so even if they have survivor, we can still get the points for the destroy. even if its just reduced, fine. just please, give us back our vehicle destroy points.

Um I still get points for killing vehicles when they have survivor. Must be a bug or glitch.

The points don’t do anything though… They don’t even appear on the scoreboard or anything.
It’s a glitch. It’s been happening ever since the new DLC came out. How else could I destroy a get a Laser bead on the Mantis and somehow, somehow they know how to bail just at the laser reaches critical and destroys the vehicle.

That’s not a glitch; that’s what the Survivor mod does. When a vehicle explodes, not before, if the player is using Survivor, he will be ejected into the air.
Sometimes explosives will kill the player as well, sometimes it won’t. It needs to be tested more.
