If you are being boarded, get a teammate to shoot the vehicle you are in. The game thinks you are being team killed and doesn’t kill you as there is no Friendly Fire.

Yup, you can damage your teammates vehicles in certain areas. But because friendly fire is off so it simply ejects you because you can’t die from your teammates.
