Is there any chance that some ODSTs other then Bucks team who got deplyoed during the battle of Mombassa survived the jump of the Solem Penance and what happend to them afterwards?
yes. no cannon as of yet to say. Buck’s team was just the main focus of Halo 3 odst for everything they did.
Considering all of Alpha-Nine survived, it’s possible. They did alter their course from the rest of the pods though, which might’ve been what saved their lives. I’d guess the majority of the others fell into the ocean, where they probably would’ve eventually drowned or suffocated.

Considering some manage it to land in the city and survive the Brutes, what would they have done afterwards? Was there an meeting point for all remaining UNSC forces in the city?

From what I can tell, no. Master Chief left on In Amber Clad when the carrier jumped, so they wouldn’t have been able to link up with him. The UNSC couldn’t have sent out a message, since we didn’t hear anything like that on Buck or Dutch’s radio. I guess they’d be kinda like Rookie, just wandering around the city trying to find anything.

Or the slip-space rupture killed them.
Are you referring to the ODSTs from the 103rd Battalion who jumped alongside Alpha-Nine? I think New Blood and another piece of media hints that nearly all of them perished in the Slipspace rupture. If some did manage to survive the jump and subsequent hours-long urban combat, then I would presume the “rally point” at ONI Alpha Site, where Dutch and Mickey would meet up later, would be the meeting point you’re asking about.
Regarding other ODSTs who happened to be in the city at that time, Spartan Strike introduces us to Alpha-Five–a squad tasked with recovering the Forerunner artifact known as the Conduit and who would presumably perish during the Slipspace event–and an unidentified squad that helped locate Forerunner glyphs leading to a location on Installation 03. They escaped the city before the Slipspace event.
The only other ODSTs present at that time at all I believe is Stacker’s squad from the Another Day At the Beach video as part of Halo 2/Anniversary, and they had evacuated onboard the In Amber Clad with Chief just before the Slipspace event.
it would make for an interesting halo 5 odst game or halo 6 odst??
In all honesty it does say most perished but it’s still possible for any from that event to have survived through one circumstance or another and if making another ODST for Halo5 just reference back to it and maybe add scaring or some other effect to the characters
