I don’t know about you guys, but I was very disappointed to hear that we would be getting BTB maps as Forged. Of course, once I took a look at the maps, I became worried that these maps would be terrible in looks. After playing on Warzone maps, I expected really nice looking maps that 343i would make on their own. Guillotine and Recurve look awful, BUT Deadlock and Basin are just fine. Basin even looks like a cooler version of Blood Gulch so I can’t wait to play on it in BTB.
Of course, Basin and Deadlock probably just look good because most of the maps are natural scenery rather than Forge building items for buildings, but I’m glad not all the maps look terrible.
Anyone else agree?
Yep, Basin and Deadlock doesn’t even look like forged maps. Nice job from 343i cartographers team.
