Started downloading the update. Usual 50Mbps at 6pm UK. Now barely 1000kbps.
What a surprise. If only there had been some way to pre-install

Yeah, this is what happens when the campaign&update is released at the same time worldwide.
Just updating on my Xbox right now and I am getting similar speeds.
Edit: I’m getting full DL speeds now.
They couldn’t let people pre install it. Then they would have had a chance to data mine it and see all the secrets…lol.
I think 343 is up to their eyes in backlash.
