Surface Pro 3 & 128 SDHC Card

I attempted to download Halo 2 Definitive Edition to my Surface Pro 3’s SDHC 128 GB class 10 card that is inserted into the Surface. Downloaded the game and when attempting to play it, first thing I notice is that the Live Display time has no graphics in it for this game. 2nd thing is that when I click on it, the screen flashes and then returns back to the desktop.

So my question is - can this game be installed & playable on a Micro 128 SDHC card inserted into the Surface Pro 3?
Windows 10 on the Surface has all the updates, the Windows Store is up to date, etc.

Any luck or does it still not work?

Hi Mastergamer015,

No luck with installing Halo 2 Definitive Edition on my Surface Pro 3’s SDHC card. However, I ended up downloading the game to the Surface Pro 3’s internal hard drive and it installed, the live Tile displays the game as it should and it played.

Any Ideas as to why?

I guess some apps will not install on SD cards, similar to how important applications such as Google or Facebook won’t transfer over to my SD card. Size isn’t an issue as clearly it is large enough to handle the game file.
