Has anyone tried running H5 Forge PC on a surface book or pro?
If so how well does it run?
Thinking about buying one of these in the near future.

Well, it depends on the specs. A surface book is just any other computer with variable specifications.
From what folks have posted, the surface doesn’t have enough video ram.

Careful doing that, it’s against forum rules. I believe the device doesn’t meet the minimum specs.

Some of the high end Surfacebook’s may be ok due to the dGPU’s in them. I have the i7 8GB RAM, didn’t take the dGPU due to costs but I can still run Forge. It’s choppy and won’t be usable for customs, but you can at least mess around and build some things.
I checked mine (surface pro 4) I meet the minimum requirements except VRAM but I’m gonna download it anyway and see if it still works

I assumed Custom Games were out but I just really want it for building while on the go.

I wonder is the surface pro upgradable to improve performance?
This may not suit your situation but it works perfectly well when streamed through the xbox app.
