Seeing as how people should have some specializations done now I think I can post this.
So as the topic says it isn’t the right color. On the picture you get when you view it in your loadout it shows it with a blue skin but in game it’s just gray.
Anyone else notice this?
Minor detail. Does not affect anyone. 
I did notice this, it’s a shame because it looks amazing in blue 
I noticed it earlier today when I unlocked it. I actually prefer the dual-tone grey over the light blue. The blue just doesn’t mix well with dark grey.
It’s a pleasant surprise/glitch if anything.
I really wanted the blue 
I prefer the grey one, it looks “tribal” kind of.
Never really liked the blue, looks out of place on a forerunner weapon.

Yeah, definitely would have preferred the blue. It looked pretty good contrasting off the yellow lights. WAY better than the teal color that the Boltshot and Light Rifle skins have which are arguably the worst looking ones in the game. It’s not that the grey looks bad, it’s just not as good as it could be.
Another example was how the Reign skin for the Carbine is just a matte grey instead of the assumed silvery look. Not nearly as disappointing since it still looks alright, but then again many of the weapon skins in this game simply don’t look very good whatsoever.
Kind of wish 343 would have put a bit more thought into these.
I really wanted the blue suppressor, is there any in game footage or screen shot with it anywhere??
You couldn’t get any more subjective here, but I kinda like the SHA Supressor as is.
Now if it’s ugly you wanna talk about, who decided on blue tiger print for the AR!? Looks absolutely ghastly lol ugh…
