Does the suppressor decrease the damage on weapons, or stays the same? All I know is that it helps you keep off the mini map and sound is softened.
It doesn’t say anything about a damage reduction, but it sure feels like it.

But if your triggers vibrated, then your enemies would hear them with their Turtle Beach Ear Force XO’s from across the map. Then who’s the dummy with their vibrating triggers?
