Is there any way to contact 343i about not recieving items? I was apart of the Halo Community Poll program and didn’t recieve the Librarian emblem, nor have I recieved the “Pre Order” or “Warzone Req Bundle” packs. Any help?

This has happened twice today where my connection is lost and I’ve been banned from playing arena games. Anyone else have this issue? I waited the 2 hours first time, kinda aggravating to have to do the same thing a second time.
There is a ban thread you can post to pinned to the top of the support section.
How long did it take you to dig this up? Who takes that long to dig up something this old? Why does nobody who commits necroposting read the date of the OP? Why does someone who necro batman’ed the crap out of the thread reply with a completely non-related post just because a Monitor posted? These are questions that need answers.
