Support Site Ticket solutions

I wish the support site had an option for tickets for feedback items, and could be specifically labeled as feedback items, instead of only for bugs/issues.

I also wish tickets could be closed without saying ‘solved’ because many times a ticket will be closed while the issue isn’t actually solved - but marked as an item that they just won’t fix.
It’s a small distinction, but there’s a difference between ‘closed’ and ‘solved’.
