why is this forum called support if after 7 weeks of reporting a problem you get 0 replys from anyone from 343 forums only ppl that reply are ppl having the same issue yet 343 dont seem to read them at all so for the love of god why is it called support i got a faster reply off windows 10 help for this game within 3 days and even tho it is not fixed yet there are still trying to help fix it yet the ppl who made the game dont have a clue how to hit reply on a forum ? 343 be very ashamed and for the love of god dont make another game yourself let someone who know what the hell thay are doing make it a dang shame that games have become money makers for buiness ppl who just dont give a dang about the player who pay there bills and send out a buged to hell game and have 0 support… i bet you read this one and remove it right 343 ?

well not one from 3 forums i have made in 7 weeks so yea hard to belieave from my point of view but glad thay actually do something for someone…

How many of the threads you started were actually unique issues and not already in existing threads? 343 staff would be able to react much more efficiently to threads if there was one thread per issue rather than 20.

Also: how many of the issues you were reporting did you include all of the info requested in the sticky at the top of the thread;

I.e.: hereWithout that information (most of which people don’t post because they’re too busy moaning) the reports are next to useless as 343 staff won’t be able to narrow anything down for usefully investigating the problem.

As ever: actually 343 aren’t the problem: the volume of the community not following the guidance are.

Not saying you necessarily haven’t followed the guidance, but… 90% of people don’t

Our team monitors this forum as best we can but as noted in the main sticky atop, we don’t have full time resources to offer 1:1 customer support. Your best and quickest path is to work with Microsoft’s official support channels. Often times other players can help out if it’s an issue that’s already been encountered before. Other times we’re given very little information to make an informed investigation into a problem and we can’t realistically work individually with each player to track down their particular problem or get additional information that’s needed.

Our priority is trying to identify widespread issues and making sure the team is aware and looking into it. Sometimes there’s an easy fix, other times it’s something that’s already being worked on for a future patch and still other times there’s no real data to inform what’s going on. With PC in particular, there are nearly infinite number of variables that any particular player may encounter depending on their system and it’s not feasible for us to help troubleshoot.
