Support Request -- Req Pack Bundle

I would like to be contacted for support. I tried contacting Microsoft support and was referred here. I purchased a REQ Bundle for my son and I (Two REQ pack bundles). I entered the code and they were accepted without any error. I received no REQ packs from the purchase.

Apparently, I should not have been able to enter the code for the REQ pack since my son and I both have the Deluxe digital edition. Since the system accepted my codes, I cannot give or sell them to anyone else. I am out the cost of two REQ Pack bundles with nothing to show for it. I would like the req packs I purchased, a refund, or the REQ pack codes that I entered re-enabled.

Also, what day of the week should the weekly req pack assignments be allocated? I do not think I am receiving the weekly req packs that I should be getting with the Deluxe Digital Edition.

Same here, I’m not getting any weekly packs, if they can’t fix it I want my £25 back.
