So iv’e just played 30 matches of Super Slayer and i haven’t received the jackpot, has it ended or am i just unlucky? I just got 3000 credits in the slot, but still no jackpot.
Just played another two before it was over got no Jackpot. In future i will not be doing jackpot weekends

Does leaving two games early stop you from getting a jackpot?
Edit: I must be doing something wrong if I’ve played 28 games and haven’t got the jackpot at least once

quitting is supposed to ruin your chances of a good jackpot i think.
Just be patient. Sometimes it seems like you’re more likely to get a jackpot if you sit all the way through a bad game (teammates quit early, etc).

First time i quit i had to leave and pick someone up, Second time i got disconnected from Xbox live. I always finish my matches even if it is a terrible game.

The quitting games stuff is actually a full on lie by Bungie, quitting will NOT decrease your chances of getting the jackpot, it is fully random, I have quit games and got the jackpot the game after.
It was what Bungie said to discourage quitters.

Then i was officially the Unluckiest person this weekend

Not a big lie. Say two players start ten games but 1 of them quit 9 of those games. The one that stayed had ten times as many chances of hitting jackpot! But still had the same probability for each game, yesh.
The chances of getting the jackput are random, so you are just unlucky. I personally got the jackpot, and I know two of my friends got it this weekend as well.

So in other words, quitting has no effect at all and it still was a lie.
Can you get the jackpot more than once in the same weekend?
I got the jackpot yesterday on my second game, brought me to Commander grade 3. Yay.

Yeah I got it my second game too. Several others got it on their first or second game too. Seems like you’re just unlucky. I got it a few days ago though…
