I noticed you buffed this extremely weak unit with the ability to get upgrades, i feel that wasn’t enough.

Shields had a significant nerf. Pop cost is getting an increase. You should be more than able to prepare for it.
It needs a 300% buff to its y ability and be insta cast.
LoS and Firerange across the whole map.
No cost and 90% LP cooldown reduction.
Anything else than that would be slightly op.
If you are expecting it to win games single handedly, then you playing the game wrong. Your focus should be countering enemy units and only using the super unit to replenish your units lost during any engagement.
Edit: As for the super sentinel itself, I think it could use a very small damage buff against enemy units. 5% maybe?
The Sentinel is Insanely good. Why would this thing even need buffed? It’s so tanky even with the nerf it just got

I agree with this but was thinking invincibility would be a better option.
With a shield (even through it was just nerfed) and high damage on buildings. It is powerful enough especially when micro’ed well to avoid AA. I feel 5% is enough for it to combat other targets without becoming too powerful.
It lacks permanent camo, the enemy player shouldn’t be inmediately aware of it when it is deployed.
Also, we should consider stripping detection off reavers, wolves, nightins and engineers.
The main issue with the Retriever is that it costs too much population and has a limit of 1 on the battlefield at a time. Drop its population down to be 10, and allow it to call in 3 like omega team, grizzly battalion, etc.
Fix’d your super sentinel.
I say we buff it too where it’s laser covers the entire map and does 9,999,999 damage, and it’s “Y” ability instantly wins game.
