You’ll have to talk to Microsoft customer support to get a refund.
And I doubt they’d offer the LE as compensation.
Rather than demanding your money back or a physical copy ( which you’ll receive neither) how about you visit the threads that are already discussing this that already has solutions to your problem?

Wouldn’t it be a -Yoinking!- hoot if physical copies had the same issue (with the same probability of happening)?
It’s a problem with installing, so in theory, since physical copies also require installing they could also experience this problem.

I already called microsoft for this like 10 times i have the same problem,they are new to this issue all they will tell you is either factory reset or wait till launch,but if you have solutions plis reply to this .

No canada im trying a third time and if it doesn’t work im going to gamestop and getting a new one
I had a problem where the installation would stop, so I would go and click on manage game, and from there I would pause the download, and then when it says paused I would resume the download. It would stop every 15% or so and I would have to do the same thing each time but in the end it worked for me.

Can you post what you have tried to fix the problem? Then someone could possibly suggest something new to try.
