Super Forge; sight External MOD using HAVOK...

This really needs to be answered by a Bungie, 343i, or Microsoft Studios employee. I would like to work on some Forge Maps of my own, I am a Sr. Developer on the PHD. level of Electronics Engineering. My had at doing the impossible and sometime unwanted is masterful. I am about to embark on writing some software title of my own… I wanted to first create an interesting HALO creation using HAVOK to add the design elements to the game I am looking for.

Q: Is this something I can do under normal licenses, or do I have to obtain approval and such from the current controlling embers of the product?

If this is not acceptable I could create a simple mock demo with the additions I would like to see in HALO…

If anyone can anbswer this and please let me know.

You might need to contact somebody at a higher level than this forum. I remember years back a project that actually got permission to use the assets from Halo PC (models, textures etc.) to make a Halo mod for Unreal Tournament 2004. Microsoft can be surprisingly accomodating to modders if approached in the right way.

Good luck.
