When initiating a search in Super Fiesta I frequently run into an issue at the loading screen where all the players emblems are visible(loading), except for ‘one’. The time it takes for that ‘one’ person to be found and loaded in can take several mintues, resulting in players backing out, and occasionally the search just sending you back to the lobby even after all that waiting. I know I seem like a nuisance complaining about a few minutes, but in today’s world those few minutes seems like forever. Please 343i, can you guys and gals fix this? And Thank You for your hard work and amazing game! 
It’s been an issue for almost a year now in multiple playlists and they already know about it, but I don’t expect it to get fixed.

Doesn’t happen to me in Fiesta, BTB on the other hand… I haven’t played BTB since May, I think.
It’s an issue with the game freezing and I think it’s tied to the PGCR freezing the game in lobbies. Happened ever since a fix rolled out for fixing the scoreboard in-game when it caused a massive FPS drop.
Pretty sure someone’s game freezes and the matchmaker can still see the player and tries to load them in but can’t. Matchmaker doesn’t drop that player until they restart their build or it time-outs, which is majority of the time because they don’t realize their game is frozen.
Also happens more frequently the bigger the teams are with BTB being the worst.
