Hello fellow Spartans!
I created this topic for those players who are interested in Super Fiesta. How about we share some strategies or knowledge of the Halo 5 Sandbox?
Knowing even the small things has helped me become better player, such as the traits certain weapons give you, how and when to use spartan abilities, spawn locations, etc.
This topic is open to anyone who would like to share their knowledge, learn something new, or just talk about Super fiesta in general. To start, I would like to share some small things I know about certain mechanics and weapons:
- The Vorpal Talon gives you a double boost, farther lunge range, and higher jump height. The Vorpal Talon is my favorite energy sword because it has the same range as the Prophets’ Bane. Its not as high as the Tartarus’ Gavel or the SPNKr Prime, though. - If you are holding an energy sword, and an enemy runs up to you with a Gravity Hammer or another Energy sword, you can defeat them via Spartan Charge. If both players are holding energy Swords and both spartan charge, you will both die. If a Gravity Hammer is swung as you Spartan Charge, both players will be killed. (this does not work if someone has a Tartarus’ Gavel - Railguns and Incineration Cannons will take out the Tartarus’ Gavel and SPNKr Prime in one shot. Needlers will take them out with one supercombine as well; however, the Blood of Suban’s Supercombine is not strong enough to take them out. A bolt from the plasma pistols will take their sheilds out completely too. - The Arlight and Selene’s Lance has a raduis of damage and will go through enemies and vehicles. (The Endgame is the fastest charging SP) - Fuel Rod Cannons reload before the animation ends. The fuel rod reload Animation takes alot longer to play than it takes to actually reload, so you can cancel the animation halfway by double pressing Y to save time. This works with other weapons. While on this topic, I would like to mention that the Twin Jewel’s of Maethrillian’ shot takes a very long time to stop, so you can cancel the shot by reloading or double Y’ing, you do waste the ammo for that shot though. Same thing with the Delta. - The Tartarus’ Gavel increases Groundpound damage and range. (all other hammers dont)These are a few of the many small things that help me, and I hope it helps some of y’all!
please do share your knowledge and add to or correct my list if something wrong.

Already knew some of these but some of these do help to know actually! (number 2, 3 and 6)
Number two is not true, I can easily win sword vs sword against one guy that is using Spartan charge, without dodge it.

When both players have energy swords and they both spartan charge, they will both die. If only one player is holding an energy sword, only the player without the energy sword dies. If both players have energy swords but only one spartan charges and the other swings regularly, the one who spartan charged survives.

Half true, depends the timing both can die , Also you Said something different in your first post:

You said it like you will win all the times if you do that, and you didnt specify about the normal swing or smart link that can easily defeat the spartan charge, (also can die both, but is not like a rule like you said that all the times happens the same, depends the timing)

Ohh, I see. Sorry for the confusion
