Suggestions to make Isabel great again!

In no way shape or form do I want all of these to take place. These are just suggestions to improve Isabel

  1. Can Isabel get a Hog like Forge?
  2. Make Mac Blast be as good as Forge Scatter bomb, Johnson Mac blast, or colonies hunters brand.
  3. Move Access Assembly two a second leader power instead of a third. That way Isabel can be an early tech 2 cheap wart Hog kinda girl.
  4. Isabel is one of the only UNSC leaders with no Unit drop. Can Isabel get a drop similar to Cutters late game reinforcement drop.
  5. Make Ghost in the Machine a permanent unit takeover power that caps at 30 population and you have to have the population space to activate the power.
  6. Make Decoy 1 leader point.

Isabel is a great late game leader. But she is just so unplayable in the current Hero Meta Halo Wars has become.
I like the Hero Meta but Leaders like Cutter and Isabel suffer from having lackluster Spartan heroes.
7. Allow Isabel and Cutter to build two Spartans.
I know you me like what about Anders… well Anders has the Sentinel which is a great unit early game.

Please suggest your own Isabel ideas.

I like the double spartan idea, and that Ghost should only work when she has the pop.
I think moving Arc Assembly up would be solid too.

I would not give her a hog.

Her end game game can be near unstoppable though. So, I think she’d have to get some sort of nerf to her tanks, if you wanted to buff her early game.

Isabel was great before the current Jerome/ Forge make my Hero and kill Meta so Season 3

Adding a stun effect to Mac blasts would be nice.

Moving Acc Assembly to tier 2 would be fantastic.

And ive always wondered why they didn’t implement the same 3 Spartan Hero units like in HW1, just nerf their overall capabilities, and make only one of them able to jack vehicles.

Yeah for this games purpose I think two Spartans would be good. Keep them at the same price 300-275 but allow them to build two Spartans

My halo lore is not up to par so I’ll have to take your word. So if 3 was needed then give em three. Heck Jerome gets 4

Alice, Jerome, and Douglas are the three Spartans that make up Red Team, the Spartans featured in both the Halo Wars games.

Moving Assembly and making Ghost in the Machine more useful are good. Idk about permanately stealing units tho… I mean the ability works on scarabs and condors…

It wouldn’t work on scarab or condor cause i put a population cap on it of 30 so superunits cost 40. We could increase the count to like 38

Her Mac is fine. You guys love to make characters OP just to complain that they’re OP.

Most of your suggestions would make her OP. People don’t realize that she is already hell to deal with late game so why would you move assembly earlier on the leader wheel? That would make her ridiculous early game.

The choice between AA and Mac blast at T3 is terrible because AA is a no brainier dollar for dollar AA is better. I would rather see them move Mac blast to T2. It would give her a better way to deal damage early game. And they wouldn’t have to buff T1 Mac blast because it probably scales well early game. My opinion switch mines and Mac blast.

Do not I repeat DO NOT move acc. Assembly to a level 2 support power. If anyone has been playing the game from the beginning you will remember how broken acc assembly jack rabbit rush was back when forge had it.

What about Ander’s super sentinel, or mech/vehicle heroes?

You all know what I’m going to say she should get by now…

Her mac sucks

Canister shell feels a heck of a lot weaker now (I know there was a nerf to the damage since the issue with canister shells missing was fixed). Canister shell just doesn’t make an impact even with her Best Offense leader power…Used to main her, but since her backbone doesn’t even produce results…why bother? :frowning: Seems like her scorpions are dying much faster now too…

Isabel is weak mainly in the early game. I would change the heavy metal power for something (maybe Cutter raid?) .Also, I don’t like the restoration drones power for her.

Her Mac sucks because of the delay. Fixing that could be a Little boost for better balance for her.

Come on Conroe, You and I both know that the Red Team Spartans are very weak. Alice-130 is the only one that can do a decent amount of damage. If anything all of them need a 30% HP and DPS Buff (Alice 15%).
