I’m pretty sure Microsoft wouldn’t allow Steam to get their hands on Halo.

Ok, I will remove the link, but the rest were suggestions, just so you know

sadly bs angle said its not happening with steam as seen here https://forums.halowaypoint.com/yaf_postst179430p11_NEWS--The-Halo-Bulletin--1-16-13.aspx ,but it could be released as a down load on the games for windows live website just an idea.

> #4. Improve the gun sounds, Physics, Online Join Time, and Get Rid of Dedicated Servers.

are you insane? why would we want to get rid of dedicated servers? they allow people to host a server even if they don’t feel like playing themselves and they don’t have a host in game so it won’t transfer the server if someone leaves.

i’m sorry everything else you suggested was great but that one thing was an awful suggestion

Because if dedicated servers are going to work for us to play with, in this case. We need the setup to be easy and simple to do. Which I can’t sadly say that command line is a foreign language to some like me. Also I have zero interest in my time to learn it, plus YOU CAN’T USE THE SAME KEY TO PLAY THE GAME AND RUN THE SERVER!

ok using the command prompt probably isn’t the best idea for a product that has a huge userbase ranging from all levels of technical know how, in my opinion if they replaced it with something like half lifes dedicated server program then that would be better, it would show more info and allow easy navigation and changes

Your right, I agree with that statement you made. However Valve’s Anti-Cheat needs to be put into the game and always on though.
