3 playlists

a ranked visible CSR playlist. the csr is only visible when in a lobby of this playlist or while playing. not visible anywhere else. 1-50 or 1-100

a social playlist that welcomes social players and guests.
3 SPARTAN BOOTCAMP. a playlist which everyone must go through a the start of their matchmaking career. encourages new players and helps them learn the ropes.
CSR should also be visible in this playlist the goal would be to reach a maximum CSR of 10 or so. before they are forced into the general population.
thier is so much more than this in and out of matchmaking to keep inproving and always room for ideas but this playlist gives everyone a sense of belonging
