Suggestion: Procedural dungeon mode

It might be fun to have a sort of tower-climbing mode in the multiplayer game, where you would fight different enemies solo (with optional bots) or co-op in different, randomly-created environments.
There would be a break in between each level, where you could choose new weapons using points you gained from defeating enemies and assisting players (or bots).

How far you go would decide your overall rank (there should be a leaderboard), and reaching milestones would give some rewards.

Sounds like Firefight but with “pause waves” so that the players can strategize and swap loadouts.
Interesting concept, I’ll be happy if this was a thing, alongside classic Firefight.

Sort of, but Firefight gets boring since it’s the same maps each wave, and there isn’t much of a sense of progression.
I guess you could say there isn’t any real progression with what I said either, but it might feel more like there is.
