*SugGestion* NEW CEA Playlist

343i can we have 2 separate playlists for the current CEA Classic Playlists

  1. Classic Slayer
  2. Classic Objective

I feel like this is needed since there are some gamers out there that only want to play objective. Currecntly it is difficult to get into an objective because slayer and objective are mixed in and slayer is a more accessable gametype.

Also, as a side note I always thought that no radar was a more standard way to play Halo: CE and as it is right now there aren’t any gametypes with no radar.
Can we mix it up a little bit to support this?

The way the maps were in Halo: CE seemed to play better with no radar.

Example: On Hang em High if a team controls the Blue base, which is a big advantage on that map, then the other team has to try and force them out. With radar it is hard to move up the two ramps (big ramp, and inside ramp) without the other team being ready for it. The other option, running along the catwalks, is an almost certain death.

The same can be said for certain areas of damnation, and can certainly apply to Prisoner.

I’m really enjoying the new playlists though, and thank you again for trying to bring that old feeling back. Some of my best Halo memories are from Halo: CE.

You should post this in the Matchmaking Section.

However, about the no radar, the Classic Gametypes are based as close as possible to CE, which had radar turned on, so it will continue to turn on.

I know that Halo: CE had radar turned on as that was the default way to play it. However, I am talking about the standard way people played it back then was with no radar. I believe there was even a name for it back then…GAYDAR!

Once again, they were aiming for the Default settings, feel free to turn off radar in customs.

I guess you’re not understanding that I am just making a suggestion.

And I have already told you were to post it and you seem to be doing a good job ignoring that.

I posted it on the matchmaking forums the second i read your post. Why do you have to get so tight about things?
