Wouldn’t mind that myself honestly…why should you get dragged down trying to get Achillies because no one your playing with is getting on?

Good Idea. I also believe spartan companies with less than 10 members should be disbanded, there are two many small groups, and they are better suited joining an established company.

You do realize that some Spartan Companies are just a Fireteam of Four Player/Friends so having this feature would have to get ride of this.
