To make it easier for people to access the gametypes and games they want, this is what I think 343 should do for the playlists:
EDIT: I forgot to mention, the game titles would work as “subcategories”, and clicking on them would open a list of gametypes to choose from. Just clarifying, in case it wasn’t obvious. Halo CE
I feel like this way people could play what they want when they feel like it, or just jump into Grab Bag for quick game in any Halo. Have any criticism? Ideas? Suggestions? Feel free to post them. Discuss!
They didn’t get rid of them, they took them off temporarily to speed up matchmaking.
Even if it’s for all games and not just for each specific halo (in fact id much prefer if it was for all) I would really like to see Team Objective.
Seriously, nobody votes for the objective modes, at least not in my personal experience. There’s usually at least one, sometimes two, and BRs always gets it.

I also would like some form of UI improvements, because… Well, I’m gonna be perfectly honest, the current UI is one of the worst ones I have ever had to work with in my entire life. Looking through customization and profile stuff like nameplates, avatars, etc. is just painfully slow and tedious.
This setup puts us at twenty playlists. That severely divides the playerbase into all of these playlists, making it harder and harder to find a game. That’s why 343 just put 1, 2, and 3 in a catch-all (excluding Halo 4) playlist that serves the same purpose but without making each playlist look like a ghost town. Same thing with BTB. H2A isn’t going to keep its 3 playlists much longer, but it had it at launch because it was the only really new part of the collection.
12 playlists (the number we had before 343i took some off to make finding games easier during the Happening) is the sweet spot between not enough playlists and too many playlists. It should stay at or around that number.
As long as we have at least Rumble Pit, Objective and Team Slayer for each game as their own playlist, I’m fine with it.
Sometimes I feel like playing Halo 3 FFA gametypes. When that happens, I don’t want to sit in matchmaking and force myself through games for an hour before I get lucky and actually get to play H3 FFA instead of CE or H4.
