Suggestion for Firefight

I have one suggestion to possible add to the TU in terms of Firefight;

Make Phantom turret kills count as Vehicle kills for the “Grounded” commendation.

I only say this for the amount of grinding that’s required to get that commendation to onyx. This commendation is almost always the lowest in terms of completion.

This change wouldn’t make the commendation incredibly easy, but also not incredibly difficult. As the most you could get would be 12 kills in one game. This is still a possible goal for players serious about getting 100% completion, but not to where it takes the massive majority of your playing time.

Do they count towards the daily challenges for vehicle kills? If they do, Bungie probably realized it was a good idea, so 343i will probably do it then.

No, they don’t.

I don’t really understand why they don’t either. Killing a manned turret counts as a vehicle kill. So I don’t see why the phantom turret can’t count as one as well.
