Suggestion For Custom Game Browser!

When The Custom Game Browser come out we will need the following For Admin Commands with a Admin Password to Admin Commands. :

  1. Need a Welcome screen pop up screen. ( Text File ) :ballot_box_with_check:

  2. Need Rules screen for Server. (Text FIle ) :ballot_box_with_check:

  3. Need to Be able to Kick people. :leg:

  4. Need to be able to “PERMANENTLY BAN PEOPLE” from the server for using hacks like in most games. Not this 24 hour ban B.S. like in Halo MCC. :rage:

  5. We need a Ban List. ( Text File ) : :ballot_box_with_check:

  6. Need to be able to access the server “WITHOUT” having to boot the game up.
    ( A Control Panel ) :ballot_box_with_check:

  7. Need to be able to Send Text Message to Users in game. :ballot_box_with_check:

  8. Use Punkbuster or Fiairfight. I like Punkbuster it will “PERMINETLY BAN PEOPLE” and show everyone on the server what hack was used and the name of the user in the text chat area. :ballot_box_with_check:

  9. Friends List. If the server is full the person will be able to and kick the use that last joined the server. :ballot_box_with_check:

  10. Or 343i Can give us our own Dedicated Server like in Halo 1 and Halo 2. :crossed_fingers:

I’m sure there is more but that’s all I can think of at the moment. :wink:

The more options we get the better the experience will be, custom games are beyond enjoyable & more people need to experience it, so if we’re able to create environments that greatly facilitate it, I’ll be happy.

Out of curiosity, have they ever said they plan to eventually release a custom games browser or is this just a hope or expectation?

I’m sure they will when they said Forge Will be out in a couple of months after the release of Halo Infinite, Now Forge and the Custom Game Browser go together hand and hand like peanut butter and jelly, Bread and butter ETC ECT. If there is no Forge then there will be no Custom Game Browser. You can’t have one without the other. If no Custom Game Browser then what would be the point using Forge if you can’t show off your custom Maps? hummmm

I like to temper my expectations. They’ve commented they’d like to release Forge in season three (now delayed) but, to the best of my knowledge, have said nothing about a browser.

As you say, it’s an attractive and logical thing to do, but by no means guaranteed or even offered by older Forge-enabled games like Halo 3, 4 and Reach. I guess we’ll wait and see what happens later next year.

Well if there will be no Custom Game Browser how are going to have people join you custom Games. Go get on DISCORD? Cha…Right! What pain in the BUTT, “hey you wanna join my Halo Infinite Custom Game Sever?” Maybe Beerkeg can out up another Custom Game Browser for Halo Infinite like he did with Halo MCC till 343i can get us a Custom Game Browser. I just surprised there is no Forge or Custom Game Browser at the time of the launch of Halo Infinite. BUT …then again maybe not! :rofl:
