So I think the other fans raise some good points about wanting more free customization options.
I suggest maybe there could be a free second battle pass sometime between now and May, loaded with armors, coatings, and other goodies exclusively for the default armore core - all free to use as you unlock them with progression.
I think a lot of fans would really just be more content with more free customization options. And if they can make their Spartans look more unique, then maybe they would even be willing to spend a little for deeper customization later on.
A lot of these people paid money for the campaign and have good things to say about Halo. A little love from 343 wouldn’t hurt.
