Everyone is always complaining about how they can’t find their dlc maps in Halo 4 because they aren’t on the permanent rotation. But technically they are all somewhere. Why not change the main priority to DLC content instead of Connection? If connection is still a second choice then there shouldn’t be a problem. But That lets players get their DLC achievements without having to alter matchmaking at all. Trying to find a big team where 16 random people all have the dlc is pretty much impossible.
