Who would you like to see make a vocal appearance in Halo?
Dennis (Mr Belding) Haskins as the Monitor of the Halo ring seen in Halo 5’s Legendary ending, but only on the condition that upon encountering the Chief and/or Locke for the first time, his first line is “Hey, hey, hey, hey! What is going on here?!!”
Naturally, at some point during the campaign, Cortana would interrupt the Monitor, hereby named 1502 Gullible Principal, by declaring “Time Out”, leaving him frozen in mid-air while she monologues to the heroes.
I want a Dalek from Doctor Who as an announcer,imagine at the beginning of the round:
“Extarminate!”
Always been a big fan of Sam Elliott’s voice. If he was on board, this would be the only case where I would okay with a narrator for the campaign.

Steve Blum. I can imagine him as an AI who keeps gloating about how he killed many superior beings…and then turns out to just be really, really whiny.

Arnold Schwarzenegger as a few have said and Robert Downey Jr would actually be pretty cool too I think.
Morgan Freeman or Martin Freeman could be great. Simon Pegg would be another good one if 343 brings in a more comedic character.
