So up until today connection for my games have been uncompromised, perfect.
Now 343 has lifted region lock for apparent “matchmaking improvements” and every -Yoinking!- game I’ve played today has been a lag/latency fest! Unregistered shots, triple respawns, having my secondary weapon forced out before I die etc. It’s not on my end either my internet is fine.
Please for the love of god fix this, fun in a video game is pretty important in my opinion, and literally every aspect of “fun” is gone when experiencing unfair latency issues.
P.S I’m from Australia, and I repeat matchmaking was flawless before these changes were made.
As a fellow Aussie I just say prior to the changes late night Warzones became nigh impossible to find - that being said I haven’t played since the update.

Most nights I’ve been playing Warzone up until 3am without any matchmaking issues, and virtually instant games (between both Assault and generic Warzone). So I find it strange that other Aussies have been struggling finding games after midnight, not that I disagree or anything it doesn’t make sense.
I have had zero problems finding games in a group or alone.
NEEDS A FIX YESTERDAY.
I had no problem with lag or finding games with my friends, now 343 has taken region lock off it has become unplayable. something that i would recommend is that there is an option to select the region that you would like to play in. if 343 did this, all the people that are complaining about how they can’t play with people form around the world can just select the region that there friends are playing on and it would defoliate to the region that you are in.
343 please do this.
