During wargames after getting killed I have noticed that many players are using a Red Triangle icon tracking my movements prior to taking me out. Originally I thought this was the Nemesis support upgrade from the Stalker specialization. But since achieving that Stalker rank 10, I find that not the case. I do not believe it is Promethean vision (I have used that and the look is entirely different) event though the targeting icon works in normal vision and can track even when I am behind walls.
Sorry for the noob question, but what is this feature and how do I get it?

Are you watching the killcam?

Unless you were watching the kill cam which could let you know where you were and not them in that cam.
