Whenever I select a playlist it stays stuck on ‘Starting Game…’ and then they remain greyed out when I cancel and re-enter the matchmaking lobby.
Console has been restated, so has my network, and I’ve done a hard reset…

If anyone else is having this problem, I was able to resolve it by unplugging my XBox, Power cycling my modem and router, and then plugging my XBox back in. Might be worth a try.
im a bit late to this thread but the issue for me isnt permanent. its completely random as to when it happens… One time it happenedi mmediately after i started the game. I turn on the console pick H5 and load it go down to multi go across to warzone hit a game of firefight and immediately it hangs on “starting game” Just now like 3 mins ago I was in req’s selling some things while i waited for intermission to end. The music stops so i figure its having issues finding me a game so i exit reqs to find out and discover i’ve been sent back to the gametype select screen and its already hung up on “starting game”
as with all instances of it exiting back to main menu then trying warzone again reveals all options except search type greyed out.
I can get around it by going to dashboard, quitting H5 then reloading the game from scratch. That doesnt mean its not an anoying bug though!
