Stuck Searching for Multi-player Game

Hello all. I bought the master chief console and downloaded the game to my xbox one. The game is a blast to play! When it works. D: …
When I go to multiplayer and try to find a match, over half of my attempts I end up staring at the, “Searching for players,” Indefinitely. It gets stuck. What’s worse, when I press B to pick another playlist or try again, i get stuck there too! WTF? I press B and then the little box that says, “Leaving matchmaking” (Or what ever it says) Stays on my screen and its gets stuck! I’m stuck looking at my xbox one tell me, “Leaving matchmaking.”
I can go to the home screen and watch a video, go on the internet, everything as far as my XBOX works fine. And because i don’t have the disc, I can’t remove the disc and try again. There is no way to, ‘restart’ halo, so I have to turn my xbox off and back on…
Shaking my head, I am very disappointed. It works less than half of the time I try to play.

If anyone has had similar bugs or knows a fix, please help.

If you’re having trouble getting into games, try creating a new gamertag and use that. You should get games within a minute or two. When you create the new gamertag, it can use the Xbox Live Gold subscription from your current gamertag. For whatever reason I can’t find games on my normal gamertag, but on a new gamertag (on the same console, same internet, same everything) I find games easily.

You do NOT need to pay for a new gold subscription! As long as your current gamertag has a gold subscription, every other account on the same xbox console gets gold for FREE.
