Hello 343i, I’d like to report that my Xbox Live profile is stuck on the Halo 4 & Waypoint Backup Servers which means most of my online features don’t work.
I reckon this all started a few weeks ago when I was online on a match with a very dodgy connection (not by choice). I hadn’t quit but was forcibly thrown off the server and in the process the online version of my profile seemed to have reset. Having designed a server before I reckon that my profile is having connection/protocol issues connecting to the main server, so I’ve been thrown on the backup one which works.
I went on the backup matchmaking and noticed a few other players who also seem to have this problem, but a match was never found because there were too few of us.
When I log on to Halo Waypoint I get a random error code and this includes the Smartglass, Xbox and Web versions of the app.
I would very much like to be put back on the main server so I can go back on matchmaking and spartan ops.
