Hello again 343i, you may or may not remember that my profile got permanently stuck on the Halo 4 backup servers. Halo 4 is now working great, but I appear now to be stuck with a connection to the old Halo Reach beta servers which have now gone offline.
The two problems are similar - I have been refused connection to the main server so I’ve been redirected to the fallback server which was for Halo 4, unplayable, and for Reach, offline.
Please could you look into this connection issue some Xbox Live profiles seem to have with the main servers of your games?
