Yesterday I found out that everyone sees my rank as 1 even though I had gotten up to level 9. Then my rank suddenly reset back to 1. I thought my problem would now be fixed but the same issue is happening. My rank is now 5 (on my screen) but still shows up as 1 to everyone else. My campaign was also reset at some point but I’m not sure when - just thought I’d add that info.
