When I launch the game (as admin even) I’m stuck on " . . . " on top left screen with 38fps.

using i7 8700 and rtx 2070

I was having the same issue. I just let it sit and load the entire time. After roughly 8-10 minutes, it brought me to main menu where I signed into my xbox account. I selected a training course, now I’m back to square one. Three loading dots with fps counter in top right.

Just run into this bug PC user.

Updating to latest Nvidia drivers and checking my WinUpdates before trying again.
