I am stuck on the loading screen when I click on multiplayer. Any ideas on how to fix this or is it already an issue that some are having?

Multiplayer only runs for certain hours. The next starts in 38 minutes and runs for four hours
same problem but waiting paitently if any one wants to carry me welcom to join 
The servers are down on purpose, it’s not a bug.
