I don’t know if anyone else is having this issue but when I launch halo mcc insider on my Xbox One I am stuck on the screen right after the Halo insider screen with the halo ring, the master chief screen pops up and is frozen for an indefinite amount of time… Does anyone know any solution to this? (Note that I also had a 50 GB update along with an additional 50 MB before launching the game.)

I had same, did full shutdown & still the same, currently deleted insider & re-installing it to see if that helps. If not then guess i’ll submit a ticket

Yup I’m having the same issue, hard rest my Series X 5 times and it still doesn’t work, just did another reset, still doesn’t work smh
Fixed it!! Hard reset did nothing but deleting insider & re-installing it fixed the issue. Try that, hope it works for you guys

Damn don’t really wanna reinstall 50GB. That’ll take me 12 hours.

I fixed the problem by reapply on the Xbox insider app and having to reinstall the game after! That’s what worked for me but maybe for others you just have to reapply! Good luck to all!
Same problem here. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. Submitted tickets. Hard reset. Full shutdown. Nothing seems to be working. I guess we’ll just have to either wait for a patch or until season 8 drops. Good luck fellas!

This worked for me. I didnt have the xbox insider app on my xbox so i downloaded it, joined mcc insider and reinstalled mcc insider app. Not sure why i had to do that for it to work, i didnt before but it works now.
having the same issue, so far the only way i am able to play is via steam, otherwise i can’t play on my xbox
I’m getting this as well. Tried full reset, deleting the app and reinstalling, moving it etc… stuck on splash screen each time. Nothing happens. Haven’t been able to get into the flight all week
I too have the issue. I’ve restarted the app, uninstalled and reinstalled, hard reset, and still nothing. Submitted a ticket and support told me to do everything I just did. They also told me to delete the prior flight data (which I don’t have since this is the first time using this app.) I told them that I’ll just wait till the game comes out. I’ve tried this exact thing on steam and through the Microsoft store on PC, still nothing. So now it’s just waiting till the game comes out. What surprises me is how people say you install 50GB. Mine says it’s 104MB. So I don’t know where this “50GB” download is when I install the insider app. Still stuck on the splash screen and doesn’t go any further.
I’m having the same problem I’ve tried reapplying to the halo insider flight program but it says I’ve been active for years which I have. I’ve also restarted my console multiple times deleted the app and downloaded it again multiple times and still nothing any other recommendations?
