Does anybody know how to reset halo channel on Xbox one. I am stuck on the halo 2 classic showdown screen with no options to leave. I have pressed every button, restarted the system, hard reseted the system and nothing.
Generally, during playback, if you hit the Change View (two overlapping boxes or the old Back button on the controller) you can select ‘Home’ from the menu that pops up and that will take you out of any video and back to the start screen.
We have never seen a piece of content hang and persist through power cycle, etc… A hard reset should have cleared the cache, as well as terminated the app.
