Currently I can’t play any multiplayer portion of halo 5 due to it saying I’m “offline” within halo 5 at the bottom right of the screen. I’ve searched everywhere but no one seems to have a solution and minimal people seem to have the same problem. I live in North America and the servers seem to be doing fine so I don’t understand how I can reset my status on halo 5, 343 please help in some way to correct this issue as it’s limiting my entire experience.
I am having the same problem! I love Halo for the multiplayer and it’s like I only bought half a game.
Hey guys! I just figured it out if anyone else is having this issue. Go to Settings > Network > Alternate MAC Address > Clear Alternate MAC Address. It’ll have you restart the Xbox One, and it should work after that.
