I’ve only been able to play the game once since launch. Ever since then, I’ve been stuck in ‘offline’ and can’t access anything multiplayer related. Campaign is fine, but everything else just tells me it’s unavailable.
I’ve tried this forum before, Microsoft support, but nobody has any answers. And no, this isn’t related to quick resume either. And all other games work perfectly.
I’ve tried all the usual things like rebooting the router, Xbox, reinstalling the game, NAT, port forwarding, different accounts, force quit, testing connection, and so on. I even bought a brand new router/modem just in case it was causing some issues. But nope.
I’m hoping by this stage someone knows what’s going on, and that I’m not going insane without good reason…

Apparently changing console regions was a fix for someone. Sounds like you’ve exhausted most of your options though.
Is your connection wired or wireless?

Hey man, not trolling at all, but I live on a farm in the middle of nowhere and have not had any problem with streaming, online gaming ever. Check your network settings on your XBOX with open NAT SOURCE.
Try launching the game from the microsoft store instead of from your list of downloaded games.
I had a wierd problem where I was stuck offline and it kept saying the account that owns this games needs to sign in and something about making this xbox my home console. I launched it from the store and it worked

This happened on my pc to and I did one solution to get online running, while you’re on halo infinite disconnect and reconnect and BLAM! you’re back online.
Thanks for your response. I tried that, also tweaked the clock as I heard that may cause issues, but had no luck.
My connection is wired, though I’ve tried it with wireless - that’s where things get stranger. Just as with wired, it worked the FIRST time I ever tried wireless, then subsequently got stuck in offline and never worked again.
Had a message back from 343 and apparently they have no workaround or estimated schedule for a fix, so looks like I’m just out of luck
That was the first thing I checked, and everything is open. Infinite is the first and only game I’ve ever had issues with in 17 years of online gaming.

Do you have xcloud by chance? I was curious if it would work booting with that 
It works fine with xcloud. No offline issue whatsoever.
That’s so odd, I feel like it does isolate the fact that it isn’t something account related but seems to be console related

Stuck in similar situation, am on pc though , using steam as game client. Tbh I just ended up uninstalling the game.
Exhausted all troubleshooting I found.
(Important to say it’s the only game I have issues with, even have fh5 on my pc and run it from ms store.
