I am currently stuck offline and have been for about 5 hours. I was playing co-op campaign (CE) and my challenges stopped updating, so I exited out and I was suddenly offline, Season 2 and Challenges greyed out…when I try to enter matchmaking, it gives me the “Contacting servers” message. My friends are unable to join me, but everything else works fine (campaign, forge, etc.)
What gives? I was only 15 kills away from getting one of the challenges too!
